Cylinders

Northland-Willette offers the most complete cylinder repair facility on the east coast. We also custom build cylinders to match your design needs.

• Repair of all cylinders up to 36" bore
• Two power hones up to 36" ID and 40 feet in length.
• A weld shop which has a tig, heliarc and stick capabilities
• A Tuxaco designed torques bench capable of 50,000 ft. lbs.
• A cylinder test bench with pressure testing to 6,000 PSI
• Automatic honing machine designed by Northland-Willette
• A complete machine shop tooled to repair and manufacture large bore cylinders
• 100,000 pounds tensile chromed rod stock on our shelves
• Barrel stock up to 6” on our shelves
• A huge inventory of packings
• Repair of telescoping cylinders
• Rod rechroming.

Pumps, Motors & Valves

Northland-Willette repairs all brands of pumps and motors. If we don’t have the necessary parts in stock, our relationships with all national distributorships allow us the get that part. Usually with in 24 hours. Northland-Willette has the capabilities to bring your mobile machinery into one of our four full sized bays for diagnostics and repair. We know what down time means and will make every endeavor for a quick turnaround. Our ability to repair components in house can help expedite your service.
